As an established company with a solid reputation in the web hosting industry, we search for the finest employees. We use a variety of local resources including educational institutions and media communities to locate qualified candidates and we typically evaluate them on multiple levels before making a hiring decision.

Here are some typical position types at our company:

- Entry-level customer service/technical support agents
Knowledge of Internet and E-mail, familiarity with computers and web hosting concepts, at least 1-3 years work experience or applicable education in the subject. Good communication skills in writing, reading, and speaking. Experience in direct customer communication. Friendly, upbeat attitude.

- Customer service and billing inquiry representatives
Excellent communication skills in writing, reading, and speaking. At least 2-3 years experience in customer service and dealing directly with customers. Friendly, upbeat attitude.

- Unix system administrator and programmer
Knowlege of Unix-based servers (Solaris and Linux). Familiarity with networking and server configurations and customizations, router configuration. Understanding of Python, PHP, C++, Perl, Java, and possibly others. Knowledge of mySQL and postgreSQL database technologies. Strong documentation and communications skills. Knowlege of Windows environment is a bonus.

- Programmer/developer (PHP, Python, Perl, Java, C++, ASP, etc.)
Knowledge of languages and technologies such as perl, PHP, python, Java, C++, and ASP. Familiarity with HTML

- Internship candidates
